BUT, I have taken on a new workout regimen, which you may have heard of, called <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/">P90X</a>. These are a series of one to one and a half hour workout sessions that <em>seriously</em> kick your butt. But I like these a lot more, and I have more motivation to carry on because I&#8217;m working with Ben Cartwright.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided to do a quick jog (soft J) around the hood yesterday. I didn&#8217;t time myself, but I felt really good about it. I sprinted the last bit or so, and then bolted it up my drive way. For those of you who have seen my drive way, you know that this is not so easy, especially after running for 20 minutes before. I felt on fire, but in a good way. </p>
<p>I did a few push ups, not much though, and ate. I&#8217;m becoming quite the egg expert. An egg-spert of sorts! (lame).</p>
